You may request a refund as long as you haven’t used your benefits, according to the following terms:
- If you applied online, full refunds are available up to ten (10) days after your Policy effective date.
- If you mailed in a paper application, full refunds are available within ten (10) days of receiving your Policy document.
- Requests for refunds after the initial remorse period will be prorated based upon the number of months remaining in the Policy Term.
There are a few exceptions; check out your Policy for complete details.
If you or anyone covered by the Policy used benefits, refunds are not available.
