The Club membership provides discounts at certain health care providers for dental services. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The Club does not make payments to the providers of dental services. Club members are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with Dentegra Insurance Company, 560 Mission Street, Suite 1300, San Francisco, CA 94105; customerservice@dentegra.com.
