By submitting an application or registering on the Dentegra website, you will have the ability to apply for coverage, and manage your Dentegra Dental PPO for Individuals and Families Policy.  You will be registered once you complete and submit the registration form.

The Dentegra website allows customers to apply for coverage, view, and manage their Dentegra Dental PPO for Individuals and Families Policy(s) and account information. Technical or other difficulties cannot always be foreseen or anticipated. These difficulties may result in loss of data, personalized settings or other service interruptions.

Dentegra reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this website application at any time. Dentegra will not be liable to you, members of your household or any third party for any damages associated with any modification or discontinuance of the application.

    • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your user name password or account.

    • Dentegra is not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of a third party using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

Dentegra strives to be a green enterprise.  As part of Dentegra’s green initiatives, we offer you the opportunity to have your dental Policy-related documents made available to you electronically.  If you choose to have your Policy-related documents made available to you electronically, the Terms & Conditions below apply.

  1. Communication Methods:  All communications that we provide to you in electronic form will be provided either (1) by accessing the Dentegra website with your user name and password or (2) via email.  Documents sent to you through one of these two electronic methods will be considered delivered and received, unless there is an indication that the email address provided is invalid. All written documents delivered to you electronically will be considered “in writing.” You should print or download for your records a copy of all electronic communications, this electronic documents disclosure and any other document that is important to you.
  2. Types of Documents that Will Be Electronically Communicated: Documents available electronically include, but are not limited to: your billing statements, your plan and Policy documents, and information about your claims, application status, or payment method.
  3. Requesting Paper Copies:  You can obtain a paper copy of any electronic document by printing it yourself or by requesting that we mail you a paper copy.  To request a paper copy, contact our Customer Service Center. There is no charge associated with requesting a paper copy of a communication we sent to you electronically.
  4. How to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to transact business electronically by indicating your preference at our website or by contacting our Customer Service Center without any charge. We may treat your provision of an invalid email address or the subsequent malfunction of a previously valid address as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications. A withdrawal of your consent to transact business electronically will be effective only after we have had a reasonable period of time to process your request.
